- Depending on which space I am using, groups will be between 4-14 people

- These events are a great way to connect with your community of like-minded people
- All are welcome. This is a safe environment that I am creating and I expect those who are joining to behave as such.
- Pillows, Blankets & Yoga Mats may NOT be provided. You may have to bring your own.
